    Replacing or repairing the glass of the Steel HR is not an option. You can reach out to their Customer Service using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They should be able to provide you what options they have available. I hope this helps.

    I ahve same problem - lloks rather common - broken glass on watch.  Unknown cause.  NO way to contct cxustomer service.

    Web site takes you into loop.  I am willing to pay to have it fixed b ut no local jeweler can do it.  Withings isn't interested in helping iot seems.  Not sure what to do.  Really like the watch and get lots of compliments - but I ferar the warter tight intgegrity is degraded and don't want to chance it.  Hope someone can find an answer to this - seems no way to contact Withings to get help - wojld c consider a reduce price for new watch - but ....... ??  Really POOR customer servic e.
