    Replacing or repairing the glass of the Steel HR is not an option. You can reach out to their Customer Service using this link They should be able to provide you what options they have available. I hope this helps.

    I ahve same problem - lloks rather common - broken glass on watch.  Unknown cause.  NO way to contct cxustomer service.

    Web site takes you into loop.  I am willing to pay to have it fixed b ut no local jeweler can do it.  Withings isn't interested in helping iot seems.  Not sure what to do.  Really like the watch and get lots of compliments - but I ferar the warter tight intgegrity is degraded and don't want to chance it.  Hope someone can find an answer to this - seems no way to contact Withings to get help - wojld c consider a reduce price for new watch - but ....... ??  Really POOR customer servic e.
