Hi All - I have used this scale since 2010 with no problem. As of last week, I noticed that it doesn't take my fat mass measurements. It only shows my BMI now.
Are you all still able to get the great data you once got from this product?

Mine were at ~33% too. Like the OP, I have had this scale since 2010 or so, with 0 problems. Then I get this issue with the fat/lean mass readings. I called and spoke with one of their programmers who connected remotely to the device (as I recall), and said the relatively low battery was the issue. I thought it was a lazy answer... then I changed the batteries.
Its back up to speed.I'm not sure why it suddenly doesn't work when the batters are lower than a third or so. That is a new issue.

I too am having this issue. I updated the batteries and it's showing 91% but I'm still unable to get my Fat % any longer. I then disassociated this from my account, removed batteries for 1 minute and then set it back up once again. Still not having any fat % readings. I emailed support roughly 2 months ago and my inquiry went unanswered.
This is appalling support for a product. I realize it's quite old now but it's also a lot more simple than before. This is also a basic function the device was meant to have out of the box. Does anybody have any other options for resolving this?

I figured mine out - I realized that mine wasn’t syncing fat mass due to the scale not recognizing the battery being replaced. I took the batteries out and cleaned the terminals and put the new batteries back in and it worked after that. No problems since. I used a Q-Tip with a little rubbing alcohol to wipe down each terminal and then dried them with another dry Q-tip.
