Is this the worst customer service ever ? Did anyone get a number to call ?

what kind of product and company is this - no phone number no way to contact  I'm on my 3rd watch and stop telling correct time at 9 months  We need to be contacted or get the message out on the lack of quality here!1

Hallo there,

I too can´t find the number for telephone support for Germany. Instead I found this string of very unhappy messages.

Contrary to these messages, I´ve been extremely happy with my Steel HR and Body+, so that I convinced my husband to ditch his old Fitness Watch and get the Sport HR.

However, one day after we ordered the Sport HR (our third appliance within 2 months from Withings), we found that a retailer sells the same product for 45€ less. We feel a little bit silly.

Either we need to send back the Sport HR to Withings and order from the other retailer - Sport HR is by the way here since yesterday - or we need to have a refund of an equal amount to the Sport HR ordered from Withings directly.

Having worked in trade myself I know that retailers decide themselves about the prices of products. However, it´s quite silly, that just a day after the weekend special offer for Withings´ users, a large retailer offered such a low price.

I hope you can find a solution for this

I've been waiting 10 days for a response from support, I've sent 4 update mails and no feedback from withings. Shame on you for your rudeness

I love your products. I have a scale and two watches myself. I bought two more watches as a gift, one to my dad and one to my mother in law. The one to my dad never worked. I am on an email communication back and forth with customer service for more than a year. we have exchanged more than 70 emails. 

It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a single product. As a result I would never again buy one of your products and every time i get asked where my watch is from as it is so pretty i finish my sentence with "but don't buy it". now my watch also has an issue and I would rather throw it away than go through that pain again.

Please fix your customer service! add a phone line and become more effective. It cannot be that 70 emails later and a year later i still don't have a product that works. I bought that watch for my dad a year and a half ago and he is an elderly man (ecg is what lured me). with your speed of doing things he may never get the chance to even try it

what a shame for a company with great products...get your act together! and get customer service! (you obviously don't have any at the moment)

Need a customer service rep - number

WBS01 cannot connect to the latest 64-bit IOS. Withings is not going to update; they don't care. Throwing my scale in the trash now. The worst customers service I have ever dealt with. Never buying another Withings product!

My Withing  scale  WS-30 was reporting weather, however it stopped? How do I get it started again?

They are lying there is no customer Service number and I live in the US!

They put the cuss in customer service. I was very pleased until the watch quit working at 3 months. Now I have to let everyone know that there is no service. Don't buy anything from this company.

I've opened a support case (#1400933) on a new failed BP monitor and all I get is automated responses, no real support, and no phone number to call and get a replacement. = The worst support ever.
