    Despite multiple attemps my phone wont download data from my watch, since late Thursday 4/7/19. Also my phone is showing the incorrect time

    Do you use a watch that is battery-operated or is it rechargeable? If the watch is battery-operated, you can check if the battery is still good but if not, I suggest that you change the battery already. If the watch you have is not battery-operated, you can contact the support at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for them to check on this. Thanks!

    Scanwatch beeps when i move away  from my phone and whenever i open the Healthmate app. Bloody annoying. Vibrates when i turn off sound. 
    How do i stop this beeping?
