After you uninstalled the Health Mate app, have you tried restarting your mobile device before reinstalling it? If not, you can try uninstalling the Health Mate app, reboot your mobile phone then reinstall the app. I hope this helps.

Same issue. Tried everything, reboot iPhone, re-install app, change to cellular network, use a VPN. Still got this error.

    Phone: iPhone X

    OS: iOS 13.2.3

Account created on the website.(Cannot create account with the mobile app. The app returns an uncoded error)

    Hi Everyone,

It seems I have located the reason that causes this problem. Please go to your iOS Settings > Health Mate > Wireless Data and then choose between "WLAN" or "WLAN & Cellular Data". Then the app should allow you to login.

To developer, please check your UX design to properly choose when to show the "Allow app to use data" popup. Otherwise, people may missed the chance to authorize data access.

    Cheers!

Having the same problem on Android. Log into account, select profile, then get that error message. Have reinstalled, restarted etc.
