    I did buy this device as well and took advantage of their refund offer when I received their email and so happy with the support I got. You can contact the support team by sending them an email at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so they can also process your refund request. I hope this helps.

    I too had my BP Connect tested at my doctor’s office and it was found to be inaccurate.  I need a shipping label toreturnit for a refund.

    Help I need to return my product.  I am losing my good feelings for this company after buying so many products over the years and being Happy.

    someome please take care of your die hard customers.  I need to return my newly arrived BP Connect product.  It’s inaccurate and after having double bi pass surgery not too long ago I can’t  afford this type of inaccuracy.

    HELP!!!!!
