    I am not experiencing any issues with the app. What I usually do is log out of the app and log back in again. If you have not updated the app yet, install the latest version and see if the same thing happens. If it does, I suggest that you talk to the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that they will be alerted with this. Cheers!
