I've sent a request to customer support for this issue, but thought I'd post here as well in case anyone else has the same issue.
I have a Steel HR that is a little over a year old. Yesterday it stopped syncing with my phone.
I first turned bluetooth on my phone off then back on but it still could not find my watch.
I had my phone "forget" the watch, then try again and the phone still could not "find" the watch.
I then dissociated the watch from the Healthmate app, reset the watch to factory settings and tried to reinstall. The phone still cannot find the watch.
I deleted "flash-cache" from the watch. Still no connection.
I un-installed and reinstalled the healthmate app. Still no connection.
I am afraid that this watch is just past the warranty period and am very disappointed.
It had been working fine with no issues and no warning signs that this was going to happen.
I've been very happy with this watch, but if it won't last more than 1 to 1-1/2 years, I may need to research other options.
