Who do I send an email to regarding a broken pulse. I need to return it.

I bought my pulse less than a month its broken with no damage done sent it back to Fnac portugal they said theres nothing they can do
Same here, it seems this product breaks quite fast. So far no response from the support site.
Same problem.What will we do? Is this a warranty case?

Same problem with mine, it broke in that same place while I was sleeping. Have contacted Withings support to request replacement.
What a piece of junk this was, pulse he bought OCT of last year.
