    I managed to get notifications back by doing a factory reset after reading a bunch of comments on here. Still not sure of the cause, but I did notice in my settings when I was checking all my settings for the problem, that I had ‘do not disturb’ turned on. I saw a few comments that said if you turn this on it stops sending notifications to watch but then doesn’t change back when turn off again. I don’t even remember turning ‘do not disturb’ on, but I’ll be sure to not use that in the future. Fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again. Perhaps check that is off and do a reset? Hope this is helpful.

    Hello, same problem for me, suddenly my watch stopped receiving notifications. Alarms are still working tho

    Actually, I also mute the notifications temporarily and the problem seems to be there since that moment.

    I just did a factory reset and it's working now, thank you for the information, you are a MVP ;)

    This walks you through Notification Center which has nothing to do with anything. The Notification Center allows the healthmate app to show notifications on the phone screen not to receive them from other apps
