Darn, I have this same issue and I was hoping I could get it fixed.  It doesn't appear likely based on these comments.

Same problem here. Typical that they don't update their software, no wonder they will go out of business with bad customer support.

I have been a MASSIVE Withings fan for years and told many of my friends to buy their scales. We need a fix for this before I turn my back on their entire offerings ! Cédric Hutchings ; please listen to your fan base.

Just tried this again on an older 32 bit Mac. No joy ; bad times when it's the start of a new decade and I want to see my gains and loses over the next few years

I just asked if they needed help making a new Pairing Wizard. I have written software for macOS X since 2004.....

Maybe they will go for it.

(the icon looks bad in dark mode - but that is irrelevant until the send button works)

Changed my WIFI today and found this problem. Lucky I had an old Mac which still worked (a good reliable company which supports its loyal customers) unlike Withings, so managed to link it with my new WIFI router. Can't believe you guys didn't produce a 64bit update for this. I won't be buying any more Withings equipment going forward!

Yesterday, I contacted the customer support about this issue and they informed me that a new version of Pairing Wizard is now available. After updating it, I was able to connect my scale to my new Wi-Fi network using my Mac computer running OS Catalina.

I had the same problem. However, the solution is really simple. Use any Windows PC, log on to the Withings web site, attach the USB cable and do the configuration.

I agree that this should work with Mac as well, but you need any Windows PC only for 5 minutes.

I have successfully been able to change wifi with the current available PairingWizard (1.1.6-mac) on my macOS Catalina (10.15.4).

It seems like either the PairingWizard has been fixed or that macOS is more relaxed towards the software.

Either way - job is done :-)

Withings - I really hope you monitor this thread.  In this time of environmental sensitivity and economic crisis, it is shamefully wasteful to expect us to throw away a perfectly good scale simply because you haven't updated the firmware in step with Mac OS updates.  Come on now - its not that hard AND it helps your brand loyalty, customer happiness and our likelihood of buying more of your products.   PLEASE please please fix this issue.

@sammysamkiani - in my experience, with latest macOS update and latest PairingWizard version, it works without any problems. I suggest you update both and give it another try.

Microsoft, if you are listening, please fix the only value this scale offers or used to offer AKA WiFi Connectivity.  You all have the money and resources to make this fix.  this is simply ridiculous to have a smart scale that is no longer smart because you decided to not update its wifi wizard. Shameful!!!!
