    Were you able to unlink and relink both accounts together? If not yet, I suggest you try this as it can refresh the connection between the two. If the same issue occurs, I think you need to talk to the support team and submit a support request on https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. I hope this will work. Cheers!

    Hi I'm experiencing the same problems. App stopped tracking from 30 June. I reinstalled app. Even reset and reinstalled my entire android phone and reinstalled app again but no luck. The app is still not counting steps. What can I do?

    Have a similar problem: on. IPhone 5s I have successfully using the Internal health step tracker. But two weeks ago on Sunday it stopped importing steps then about six days later AOK. Months previous and since automatically reconnecting there have been no further issues.
    Is there anyway to import the data to fill the 6-day hole?
