They actually don't recommend repairing the watch but you can reach out to them on this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have the same problem - glass is broken. Do withings really mean that we shall just throw the hole watch out ?

Ok ...after about a year of leaving my cracked HR in the drawer...I thought I'd have a second go at trying to contact Withings about crystal replacement. I've updated the watch and it seems to work fine but cracked crystal is still a problem. Based upon other comments here and my failed attempts at getting support, I guess I'll take the $200 loss. : (

I also have crystal with crack across the face and the cracks are spreading around the outside perimeter of the glass. When I contacted Withings they just referred me to you his forum. I also had an issue with the watch not zeroing when setting up. They have no answer for this either. Poor customer relations.

I haven't heard from them yet. I did buy my watch on Amazon. If I don't get an answer at least I can give them a bad revue. I'm not looking for a free repair. I would like to have it fixed. I paid almost $200.00 for the watch It would be a shame if it couldn't be repaired.

funny -- I asked Withings a question about repairing the crystal on my watch and they sent me here. I can see that I should not expect support from Withings or Nokia. I'll shop elsewhere. What good is a product that is not adequately supported? Funny that the company refers it's customers to a forum that details how poor their support is. Oh well.

solution from the home office was a small discount on another watch. I don't think they get it. Why in the world would I want to buy a fragile watch to monitor my very unfragile activities with poor support? Where is Timex when we need them? Still shopping.
