I have an Activite Pop and since the last update all my detected activities show at least twice( some times 4 copies) in the app but when checking on the Web version they are correctly displayed as a single activity
This has caused me to lose some of my activities when attempting to delete one of the duplicates as it removed all the duplicates.
The software version my Pop is running according to the Heathmate App is 1910 and the app itself is version 4.5.3 running on Android 9.
Has anyone else experienced this problem.

I have the same problem. Duplicate activities and when I try to delete one they all disappear. While annoying I accepted this as a minor bug and inconvenience. I was happy to see a new update. However, this did not fix the problem and to my surprise only made it worse; the app won't track my steps now. Really infuriating. I need this to work correctly because the hospital has to check my data. They are taking their sweet time to implement a bug fix. Didn't we all pay for this in a package deal (watch and WORKING app)!? My apologies for the long rant and the fact that I do not have a solution. Fix asap!!

Yes I get multiple entries on my app (rarely look at the web site). Just today I've got my night's sleep logged 3 times. Same duration and activity. 2 of them are logged as naps! The other as sleep. The other morning I used the activity tracker to log a swim when I synched it showed twice, again same start and duration.

I have this issue sometime with Timeless Chic, only when using the workout mode. Here is what happens:
- Whenever I'm going to swim, I start workout mode.
- I start a workout instead of letting the watch detect because I have swimming classes and won't swim continuously for all the time, but I rather have the whole session logged at the Health Mate
- When I sync, it shows the workout session, and most of the time it recognizes as a swimming session
- But it also adds a couple more swimming sessions with different times
- last time it showed the correct 49min session plus 5 more 19min swimming sessions
Delete the duplicate record doesn't seem to be a problem and Google Fit shows a speed graph that seems correct.
I'll try to clear app cache to check if it solves the problem, but anyway the app (or the watch) is logging duplicated activities.

I have only just got a withings HR and started recording activities and it is showing duplicates, I'm pleased I checked before I deleted any but it is disappointing to find issues straight away with my new smart watch, especially since I made the change from fitbit due to constant unresolved issues.

Make sure Google Fit is not linked to your app. That is the app that collects motion/steps from your smartphone. If you only want your Withings HR watch to record steps with no duplication then don't give the app access to movement as well, so the only accelorometer picking up data is the watch/device.
This might be ONE reason why ppl might be experiencing duplication. Maybe not?

I have the same issue. I integrate healthmate with Runkeeper and Google Fit, the other two apps are smart enough to identify the duplicates and show only one. Not quite sure how healthmate can't figure out I can't do two runs starting and finding within seconds of each other.
I have RK open dirt the training sessions and for the workout history because I've been using it for over 10 years, I need HM open otherwise my watch doesn't sample my heart rate.
