    That's your previous weights.  It gives you a quick look whether your weight is going up or down or everything in between.

    That's what they call "Weight trend". I read the article on their help center. I like this feature though.

    I dont mean the weight trend.  Thats fairly obvious and a nice feature.

    i mean the steps under the fat percentage.   The stepped bars with a marker on it.

     

    i do data analytics for a living but I dont get it.

    I believe that shows the ideal range for your fatness:)   As long as the arrow is within that bar then your fat content is acceptable.  If the arrow is to the left then you're anorexic and if it's to the right then you're obese.
