Connected to wifi and Healthmate, but then what?

Hi, I connected my scale to the network and the display shows a checkmark. It's also connected to my Healthmate account. But now I want to weigh, but the display stays black when I get on it (new batteries and I just installed it, so the display works...). What should I do?
