health mate stopped counting steps from my hwaiwei phone

I have the same issue: steps are counted in Google Fit and Huawei Health but are at zero in Withings Health Mate since saturday 22 of June.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

I have the same since a few hours. The problem started when I took the watch by hand instead of on my wrist. The watch is still counting steps, and the app says it is synchronizing. Heart rate is indeed synchronized, but steps remain on an old value. I restarted my phone and cleared the app cache, but nothing helps. Do you already have the solution?

Check you've overridden Huawei's AI battery management for this app. Its not been configured to ignore Health Mate by default as it should have been.

Huawei battery management was already turned off for this app.

I just solved it in another way:
- went to google fit app from where I was importing data and removed access to health mate.
- back to health mate and asked again permission to import data from google fit.

Now it's working again but unfortunately only the last week data has been imported, so I have no data from 23 of June to one week ago :-(

Any chance to have all missing data imported?
