Hello ! For the problem of installation (the X on the screen), you should go in the bluetooth settings of your phone and remove the steel HR from it. Then, you should be able to install it again.

New info: tried the "24 hour rest on the desk. And after the chill 2+ hours" thing. But nothing changed. If I long press the button only low battery title and nothing else.. So I try 12 full hour charging because the support's last suggestion was that.

I will inform you if something changed.

There is no damage on the cable. If I plug the charger into a powerbank (without the watch). The powerbank wake up, so I think the cable is correct as well.

Remark: I always charge the watch from laptop USB port.

Clean is also done before the charge 2 days ago.

The watch was on rest for more than 24 hours before I did the twelve full hours charge.
After the twelve full hours charge there is nothing new info. Not functioning.

If I press the watch button for more then 6 seconds only "Hello" shown and after that "Low battery" for a while. (But there is no vibrates.)

Anyone has any news about that?

I do not understand how can this happen because it was suddenly..

Dosa.trik if the steel HR is responsive, you should be able to install it. Reboot your phone, be sure your Steel HR is not paired in your bluetooth settings and try again to install it.

    And I cannot charge it.

But thanks for your reply :)

If you measure the voltage of the charger with a multimeter. How many voltage do you see? My charger is only on 13 mV, so I think this will be the problem..

    Good news.
Replacement charger solved the problem for me.

The watch was in rest for few days (~120 hours).
After I received the new charger the watch needed 2 full hours charge and now everything is good.

I am having the same problem with my Steel HR which I bought only 2 months ago. The first charge a month ago was fine. But today, the watch got very hot and only reached 11% in 3 hours. It was so fast the last time! I just wrote to Support, wonder if they will revert to me.

I tried to re-pair it to my phone in the morning but nothing happened because after the night on my desk I think the watch lose all the remaining power.

I left the watch on the charger for 12 hours, but nothing happened. I cannot get any message on the watch. No "Hello", no "Low battery" or anything.
