I have been using my Steel HR Sport to track fitness and I wonder if the fitness level assessment is accurate for older people.
My fitness level is 36, which the app considers average for a 65 year old. I am 65 and think of myself as being in relatively good shape. I recently had a cardio stress test and was told that I had "set the new record" for a 65 year old after completing 18 minutes of increasing intense treadmill running. Outdoors, I run 10 minute miles. Hardly stellar, but much better than most people I know.
Is 36 perhaps average for other Steel users my age? Or am I just deluding myself that I am in better shape than the average 65 year old.
