Health Mate app not syncing with Samsung Health and Google Fit

    I have the same issue, was working fine until Sept st 2019, now I cannot connect to Samsung Health to immport into Health Mate.

    Offers me the permissions page, I click DONE and then get a popup to do the same in Samsung Health app. I action that and then get returned to the first message. Vicious circle.

    Data no longer importing from Samsung Health to Heelth Mate app. Not impressed

    I've NEVER gotten this to work over the past year!

    Got FitPro2 to replace Fitbit as I wanted better tracker , albeit Sleep monitoring sucks, for walks. Onboard GPS is great, but would also like ability to sync my WS-30 with my health apps and cross populate the data already present WITHOUT having to manually key it all in!!

    Is anyone working to even fix this "FEATURE" which apparently got launched last Sept 2019?

    I am having the same issue. When I go on Health Mate it does not let me toggle over on the Steps function for Samsung Health. Someone please help to resolve!

    I am having the same problem, "missing permissions" have uninstalled, checked permissions and still doesn't work. TBH I've never gotten the steps to sync even after emailing withings. Such a dissapointment as it was a key feature in buying the scale.

    Stopped syncing with Samsung Health on May 27, 2020. It did happen before, about a year ago, then several month later it started syncing again. Is there a software issue that is not addressed promptly? Anybody knows the fix?

    I still get the Missing Permission issue with Samsung Health. So annoying cannot find a fix anywhere

    I had Activitie Pop which would sync with my Samsung health. Last week started using Move and cannot get my steps from Samsung Health to sync with Health Mate...  please help....  soooo annoying

    I raised a support case and got a response saying they know about this bug and it should be fixed in the next app update.

     

    Fingers crossed.
