So I've noticed that when I switched to a Samsung phone, I synced the HealthMate app to the partner apps Samsung Health and Google Fit. My watch and Heath Mate app are counting the steps but they do not sync with the two partner apps mentioned above. The only time that my steps are counted in the two partner apps are only when I have the phone on me.
This results in me having a discrepancy between the watch/HealthMate and Samsung/Google fitness apps of about 1,500-2,000 steps difference.
Anyone else having this problem and know how to fix the issue? I've disconnected the apps and reconnected but still have the same issue between the syncing. It's been days and the results are about the same.

I have the same issue, was working fine until Sept st 2019, now I cannot connect to Samsung Health to immport into Health Mate.
Offers me the permissions page, I click DONE and then get a popup to do the same in Samsung Health app. I action that and then get returned to the first message. Vicious circle.
Data no longer importing from Samsung Health to Heelth Mate app. Not impressed

I've NEVER gotten this to work over the past year!
Got FitPro2 to replace Fitbit as I wanted better tracker , albeit Sleep monitoring sucks, for walks. Onboard GPS is great, but would also like ability to sync my WS-30 with my health apps and cross populate the data already present WITHOUT having to manually key it all in!!
Is anyone working to even fix this "FEATURE" which apparently got launched last Sept 2019?
