Hi,
could you please improve the display of the weight graph? Here is an example of what I see.
I could do this measurement in pixels, however I did it using a ruler on on my monitor. The web page is 24.2cm high. The area assigned to weight is 6.1 cm high. The dynamic range of the actual weight is 1.5cm
So in effect, only approx 6% (1.5/24.2) of the height of the web page is actually conveying the information about weight fluctuation.
Thus it is no wonder that it looks like a flat line, and very uninformative for the user. It is really pretty rubbish compared to the old website, and also your competitors. In truth, if it wasn't for the fact that with Withings I can import/export the data, I would have moved to Fitbit or Garmin because of the very poor visualisations available on your platform.
An added feature request would be to give an option not to show the Fat Mass graph. If either don't scales which have this feature, it shouldn't take up space on the screen as a big blank patch of pixels.

I am in total agreement.with Jason. The graphics Withings had before selling to Nokia were superlative. It's one of the things that hooked me into the Withings universe - and kept me there for a long while. Once Nokia changed everything, I started weighing myself less often and the scale became a less valuable utility to me. When I heard that Withings had bought back its company, I had real hopes that the superior graphics would once again be implemented. I'm still hoping. I think it's a really big thing. When technology works well - with a great visual representation that enhances the experience and utility of a product - the user is able to realize goals in a much different way than if he/she has to struggle to get the information.
So. without repeating myself, I simply request that the developers give a bit more thought to the possibility of going back to the GUI that was so successful. Trying to improve on something that was perfect can only result in something less good.

I couldn't agree more with the comments regarding the vertical scale on the web-based charts. Not only do they compress the data to make it difficult to evaluate trends but the computer-generated increment marks are typically something completely irrelevant such as a fraction of a pound. Please give the user the ability to set the graph high/low limits and increments of the vertical scale. This would make interpretation and motivation so much better. Many thanks
