Health Mate app stopped counting steps

    I have the same since a few hours. The problem started when I took the watch by hand instead of on my wrist. The watch is still counting steps, and the app says it is synchronizing. Heart rate is indeed synchronized, but steps remain on an old value. I restarted my phone and cleared the app cache, but nothing helps. Do you already have the solution?

    My ThinQ 8 phone stopped counting my steps in the middle of the day last week on Wed., Dec. 11. Not sure what to do. I've tried to turn the phone off and back on. I've tried clicking where I thought I was supposed to. Is there anything else I can try?

    Thanks, it seems to be working again. But I keep getting a message asking if I want to count steps and I need to "activate." Then the missed day(s) appear again, like it was counting the entire time.

    No one knows yet what the solution was? Same problemen here. App is synchronizing (finishes succesfully), watch is contingent steps as well but they do not show in the app.

    Followed the link to support, but the page only shows articels, not a way to contact someone

    Heath mate stopped counting / showing steps from 28th October. What to do? By now I could not find solution to this problem. It may be deactivated. How to activate ? can any body help?

    Same here 30.10 is last day. Not getting any solution. I faced this problem few years back but automatically solve the problem after 2 day's. But this time it's been too long to wait.

    I can't get mine to work either.  In my case it was plugging along just fine tracking my steps until I got a new iPhone.  I did a restore from my iPhone XR to an IPhone 12 Pro Max.  Everything went beautifully for the restore aside from Withings not counting steps on the new iPhone.  Is there a recommended way of moving from one phone to another that Withings could help us out with?   Anyone else get a new phone?  I've had something go wrong before too when I switched from Pixel phones to iPhone and back, etc.   Any insights as to how to fix this?  I've tried many things including logging on the old phone, and also disconnecting and reconnecting between Apple Health and the withings app...   

     

    Mine is also broken, what should we do Withings support???

    I have the exactly same issue. Switched to an iPhone 12 Pro Max and since then my steps doesn't show on the health mate app. Checked all the privacy settings, apple health and everything is ok. Seems to me that the error comes from Withings side. Please help us Withings. Thank you.

    Just logged out from health mate on my old phone and the steps count now shows on the health mate app on my new phone. 🥳🥳🥳

    Same here, steps count stoppef working in HealthMate in 2020/10/28 even if the steps are correctly counted and tracked in Google Fit, but HealthMate app shows nothing since then.

    Asked from support, no reply. Also Withings never reply in these Forum threads, they don't whetet the spp works or not.

    Obviously it is their server side problem cause all of us are experienced the same problem and exactly since the same time.

    BTW: I am on Android 10 phone / Nokia 8 Sirocco where everything was working before but stopped in 2020/10/28
