    Same exact issue. Only 2 weeks old too. I got a support ticket in- so we'll see.

    OK. So out of desperation I held the button down for maybe 30 seconds. Seemed to reset the device. Appears to be working normally now. . .

    Mine did not seem to recharge either and now the slow blinking orange light will not go off even after unplugging or pressing and holding button!
