    Same exact issue. Only 2 weeks old too. I got a support ticket in- so we'll see.

    OK. So out of desperation I held the button down for maybe 30 seconds. Seemed to reset the device. Appears to be working normally now. . .

    I have ordered mine and waiting for it now. In case you are still having difficulty, I think it is best to contact the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so they can look into it.

    Mine did not seem to recharge either and now the slow blinking orange light will not go off even after unplugging or pressing and holding button!
