    You can try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article from Withings Help Center https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015619193. Hope this helps.

    Thanks. I have followed the guide without change. Also tried other profiles. Is there a way to reset (hardware)?

    Zane, that article doesn't apply to the Body+ scale. step 2 is this; Make sure that impedance is activated on your scale. To do so, go to Devices > Body Cardio > Settings > Impedance and heart rate. Well, when I go to Devices I see my Body+ listed and not Body Cardio. Under the settings, there is no Impedance and heart rate. I can't understand why troubleshooting tips listed under Body+ refer to another product and the instructions don't apply or are relevant.

    Hi Zane.

    I have tried your proposal but no change :o(

    It is so strange. I changed the batteries and now it can not read the body fat. Is it possible for you to help to replace the product?

    I have had it for 2+ years.

    I tried everything .... finally I read that the scale does better reading body composition after a shower....this got me to thinking....I have a small bowl of water by my scale.... I put my hand in and rub a wee bit on water on the bottom of each of my feet before getting on the scale - I was having 100% failure prior to doing this and now I have 100% success.  I think my feet just get too dried out and no matter of IT troubleshooting can fix that.... so once I changed my feet being more moist - I am having no trouble.

    kirstenschwiesow I tried that too. Next step would be to weight myself underwater. Stil... no success...

    My body cardio scales do not work despite minimal use. My health mate app does not open despite deleting reinstalling etc etc etc.
    Nothing works.
    In my opinion based on my experience withings/Nokia provides extremely poor products and service despite charging premium prices.
    I will never buy another product from you and would like my money back. I am more than happy to return the scales so you can inspect them and see they are still pristine but are just a bad product that doesn’t work. I expect you will ignore me and just fob me off though.

    Hi there, my scales stopped recording my fat % muscle mass, bone mass and water in January and I have searched everywhere and tried every solution and sadly none worked. Today my partner signed up with a new email address and synced to the scales the hey presto, his worked fine so I jumped on the scale and all my functionality was back so worth a try for your issues
