Dear Support Team,
My watch's notification sending is not really working as it should... sometimes it just simply stops working (it seems without any reason).
I had to do 2 factory resets within 2 days to enable notifications again...
DND button also doesn't work. Once I turn off notifications on the watch, it doesn't turn them back.
Can this be somehow solved?

In order to receive notifications, you need to make sure that you do not have the DND enabled. If this is enabled, the notifications feature will surely not work properly. If you are still getting problems with the notifications, I think you need to talk to the support at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. I hope this helps. Ciao!

I experience the same issue all the time. Don‘t use the DND mode at all. I had a chat with support with the result: the software has to be fixed, please wait for update. The consequence: I have to reset the watch each couple of days to receive notifications. It’s more than annoying. The last conversation with support was about a month ago
