in my annual health screenings for the past 5 years (last one was last week), my fat mass has always been between 22% and 24%.
I acquired a Body+ scale 2 weeks ago and weigh myself every day 30min after waking up (before drinking/eating), and my fat mass is always between 12% and 15% which is almost half of my real fat mass.
My height, gender and age is properly set-up. So is the athlete mode. What else can i better set up to get this right?
Just want to highlight that i'm not Asian since i've read this could have an impact too.
