My BPM Connect suddenly died in the middle of taking a reading. One second it was pumping up on my arm and the next it was completely dead. Won’t turn back on, won’t charge, the button doesn’t respond at all. I contacted support about a replacement and got a response about holding the button down and charging the unit... even though I clearly stated that the button didn’t respond to being pushed and the unit didn’t respond to being plugged in...
Is this common? I’m supposed to send my doctor daily readings & the BPM connect has left me unable to do this. Support has not told me how to get a replacement. Is a replacement even worth getting. I’m shocked it completely died with two weeks of use. I’ve missed three day’s of readings now. Should I take this back to the Apple Store and bug a different brand, or is this a freak thing? I don’t see many reviews on this unit yet.

Try to charge the monitor for a full 2 hours and check if the display will turn on. If the issue persists, I recommend that you contact them directly at https://within.gs/help.
