Hi,
I am not very happy with the sleep tracking on Steel Sport HR. Some times my night sleep gets interrupted. For example, sleeping from 23h to 05:30, half to one hour awake, then sleep until 08:30. In such case, sleep tracking will detect just the first part. Needless to say that such data is useless.
Please make the detection better.
PS: I've read about intentionally excluding naps in latest versions, but I don't agree that my example is about naps.
Thank in advance!

If you feel your sleep data is not accurate, you have the power to edit your sleep data tracked by your watch.Try this link https://tinyurl.com/y4kmrsoo so you can follow the steps on how to do it.

I received my steel sports HR watch, (my third purchase from withings). The first week the sleep track was working great. accurate, but now it is so off. it is now showing that i slept for 4 hours or 2 hours and napped for 30 minutes (i go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am). i am not happy with the sleep track, even the heart monitor is inaccurate when i work out. instead of my pulse being recorded at a 150 or 165, it shows 93. ( i do HIIT). is my watch a defect and or is it a 'software" issue?

I'm having that issue, too. A big reason why I purchased the Steel HR was for the sleep tracking and smart silent alarm. I have a tendency to wake up in the middle of the night, and sure enough that's when the tracking data ends.
Editing my sleep duration later defeats the purpose of wearing the watch to sleep (I could just use the HealthMate app... or a notebook), and I don't always get detailed data from that time.
I hope this can be fixed and the sleep tracking can be made to better suit my needs. Otherwise the sleep tracking isn't really a feature. Perhaps there could be more options in the app to calibrate sensitivity for the individual user or to customize sleep tracking. I think that would go a long way.
