    I recently checked their website as I need to reset my Home camera to factory settings to reinstall it using a different Wi-Fi network. Based on the Help Center, it appears that this is the only way to do a factory reset. You can reach the Withings customer support by clicking this link They should be able to help you.

    I have the same issue, non of the reset methods works. :(
