I have a Home Cam that has the orange light on all the time. I have several times tried to do the factory reset (plug five times out wait for orange light and plug in again) but with out any luck. Are there any other way you can do a factory reset?

I recently checked their website as I need to reset my Home camera to factory settings to reinstall it using a different Wi-Fi network. Based on the Help Center, it appears that this is the only way to do a factory reset. You can reach the Withings customer support by clicking this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They should be able to help you.
