Brand new BPM connect won’t turn on

Bought BPM Connect today. It seems like it’s dead. It won’t turn on even after being on charge for four hours.

It is strange that this new product won't power on. I really like this monitor compared to my old BPM. I hope that you make it working (it's a good piece of tech after all). Try contacting Withings at: https://within.gs/help.
