BPM Core: Cannot change to new Wifi

    I just had the same experience.  I attempted to "change wi-fi" per the online instructions on this site, however the option to "update wi-fi configuration" does not appear on the phone app.  Instead it only offers, "setup wi-fi".  Multiple attempts failed, just as your did.  After the Bluetooth pairing, it flashed for 10 seconds then an "X" appeared and the BPM shut down.

    I ultimately solved the problem by "disassociating this device from my account" on the app.  Then setting it up as a "new" device worked perfectly, and everything was functioning normally again.  No data from my account was lost;  all prior readings were retained.

    Inasmuch as you posted three months ago, you may have already discovered this solution yourself, however I am posting here in the event that this solution may be helpful to other users who encounter the same frustrating inability to "change wi-fi" networks as directed on the website.

    Thanks for the workaround!

    I just solved mine by changing the new wifi to same as my home wifi, so they work both places. But that is not solution to this bug.

    You have to make sure that your Wi-Fi configuration is set to 2.4GHz. Your product is only compatible with 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi network. You may also reboot your Wi-Fi router and reconfigure the monitor. if the issue persists, you may contact them directly at so they can assist you.
