Hi - bought a body cardio second hand. It arrived factory reset. Completed installation ok
When I weigh myself it has 2 different users and I have to select which user the reading is for....
I have disassociated the product for all other users and tried but this still happens.
Is there a way of removing the original user?

Try to reboot your Body Cardio scale by pressing and holding the button for 20 seconds. If the old user still appears, you can contact the Withings Customer Support by following this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They should be able to help.
