Update: I finally got it working, but I don't know how! I just kept trying it after each PIN fail, I just tried again and again (about 10 times) until finally one time it just worked! This does not bode well for the quality of this product.

I am trying to reconnect a watch after my watch died and two days later started working again. I’m not as hopeful as this is the second watch I have from Withings that can’t be found. I should not have disassociated either of these!

I have exactly the same problem as michaelbarley. This is my second Withings watch and had no such problems with the first one. There are 6 numbers in two groups of three separated by a space which I cannot input. Not sure if this is the problem

Cannot believe how difficult the set up process is. How do I sync the watch hands to the digital time display?

I had the same issue. Tried at least 10 times without success.

After that i realized I was next to my laptop, using Bluetooth mouse and I moved away from that towards the kitchen. Then first pairing attempt was successful after that.

Could be coincidence surely, but also could have been some kind of Bluetooth interference issue of the laptop/mouse. So I think it is worth to try to get away from other active Bluetooth connections when you are setting up the Scanwatch (or any other device for that matter) and having such issues.

Had the same issue. Tried a good 5 times, nothing. Then read basenlyanne's comment. I was sitting next to my open laptop with bluetooth turned on. I turned off bluetooth and for good measure walked to another room with no BT devices in it. Paired successfully on the first try. Who knows...
