When I try to paid my new watch with my iPhone, the watch is detected Ok but this box appears on the phone
BLUETOOTH PAIRING REQUEST
"STEEL HR ED" would like to pair with your iPhone. Enter the code shown on Steel HR ED
But I don't see any code....

There is no code displayed. My display has turned dim so to read it I need to be in a pitch dark place. Changed the setting in the app, no result. Recalibrate, no result. Remove watch from phone, perform factory reset: no pair code when pairing. It looks stuck, no display at all now. Hopefully it turns back on on the charger.
For a watch in this price category I really expected more. It's not even half-decent waterproof (condensation in the case is normal in humid conditions according to the support site). Well, if I can't read the dial due to condensation it's not usable. I received a new watch with the same issue so it's a manufacturing thing. This is blatent false advertising. Also didn't expect a watch to last a lot longer than this, I've worn my previous watch for over 25 years and it's still working fine and has less scratches on the glass.
