    I have tried for over 6 months to cancel my account yet you still take money out of my bank account for a camera I have not used in a long time.  Please provide a phone number where I can get this cancelled and then refund my account for what you just took out yesterday.  

    I have used social media through messenger, as well has email.   Now I am going through your forums.


    At this point, I think everyone should beware of ever signing up for any of your products because you make it too hard to cancel.  

    You should have another message in messenger and one in your email that went to and from a You can search the jmk to find the actual email/account info.  


    Suggestion, give your users a easy way to contact you and a clear path to cancelling or changing billing info.
