    I'm having the same problem.  When trying to re-establish the connection, it says I need to scroll down to the bottom of the permissions to accept, but there is no scrolling possible.  Used to work fine, but just quit at the end of August.

    Same problem here as well. Suddenly not working. This is not the first time this happens. On Note8 - Andoid8 - All SW updated!

    Hey Support - do you want happy costumers - then please give us a fix ASAP or at least give us an estimate when we could expect a fix!!

    No responds means you don´t give a SH-T and we all will go elsewhere in the future!!

    I ended up uninstalling the Health Mate app and re-installing.  It worked fine after that.

    Thank you dustin.lunde for the quick reply :-)  I wish Withings Support would always respond as quickly as you did!

    Reinstalled Health Mate and it seems to be working again, even though the steps of 13 days were lost!!
