    I am interested in this as well.  This watch does not update very easily.  It generally takes about a day to a day and a half of trying and re-trying, and deleting and re-adding the app and forgetting and reconnecting the watch before the update will eventually complete.  I want to be sure the update is worthwhile before getting wrapped up in that again.

    I clicked on the "i" for information button to get information on the update and the update started.  It got to about 67% completed, when I got the "an unexpected error has occurred" message. (that I totally expected)

    I found this in a site search: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/227725787-What-s-new-with-the-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport-

    The changelog just says, "reliability improvements".  I would like to know more about these just to determine if it is worth the effort to update.

    I have contacted support every time I have had the issue.  It has always been the same back & forth conversation to try this and try that until something finally works.  

    This time, however, it was successful on the second try.

    I am a big fan of the Steel HR, but firmware updates have caused me significant problems.

    Several hours of updates getting from 1% to 95% complete before "An unexpected error has occurred" got really annoying.

    My update is usually successful, however I see no changes whatsoever on the app or on the watch. After months of us suggesting needed improvements, is it possible that they have not listened to any of them? I emailed the company to ask what this update was for, waiting for an answer now. There is nothing on their website about this particular one.

    Can anyone who updated their Steel HR to firmware version 6321 please let me know if they have encountered the same issue/bug that I and at least one other forum member did: My battery charge status is now continuously stuck at 100%, even though my watch has been in operation for over a week since last charging it. In other words, I have now no idea what the actual charge status of my battery is.

    I updated and it worked on the second try.  I see no noticable difference.  A couple of weeks ago, before this update, I noticed that my watch stayed at 100% for several days.  It did eventually drop again and I recharged after a couple of weeks.  It seems to be tracking the battery level correctly again.

    My watch updated quickly and with no issues to version 6321. It took less than 5  minutes. So far I have not seen any new feature but am still exploring.

    I just can't upgrade from software version 3351 to lates one (or any one) I just get " An unexpexted error occuder. Please try again" error message. This i total peace of shit and no help from anywhere! Fuck sake - how can this be so difficult?
