    Have you tried uninstalling the Home app, rebooting your mobile phone then reinstalling it? If not, you can try those steps. I hope this works.

    After uninstall, reboot & reinstall it worked exactly one time, then it crashed again while trying to see the stream of one cam. I can always see the stills of both cams, but not the stream and the recorded parts of a specific cam...

    Same here. I suspect it is an issue introduced by the latest iOS update. I have an iPad that no longer works, but everything is fine on an iPhone with the latest app update but not yet updated iOS. Please help Withings!

    On ipad with app version 2.8.0 its ok but with 2.8.1 ver. on iphone x and wifes iphone 7 is crashing wont even open the app but after reinstall app it works for 2-3hrs than crashing again..Please withings repair it as soon as possible!!

    I've had burglars some years ago. I had the Withings Home camera but it didn't work due to a software issue at that time. Withing apologized for the inconvenience …

    I just had a notification on my Apple Watch the cam detected movement but the app keeps crashing on my iPhone when I try to check the live stream … Imagine how I feel paying €7,95 every month for this service.

    I have the same problem with the app... I have to reinstall it every time i want to watch the camera... I regret buying this product a lot :(

    Same problem here. I re-installed the app several times and it worked every time just once. Earlier, I had sound problems, I always hear a background sound like water, the connection get lost, if you touch the power cable the connection is also lost for a few moment....

    I see I'm not the only one to regret having bought this cam. Really. First supported by Apple TV, then no more. Pff, What a disappointment.

    Home CAM app is crashing on my Iphone, both on Ios 12.2 and now on IOS 13 and all it's updates. I deleted the app, rebooted the phone, reinstalled the app; it worked one time and crashed again. I installed the app on a different Iphone (Iphone 8) and the same.

    This is keep happening for the past 2 months. When you will resolve the issue?

    I have also app. crashing on Iphone x and ios 13.

     

    Followed advices and re-installed app. It works correctly.

    I was in contact with withings helpdesk, all they could do is give me a refund for the last two months. they actually have no idea when the problems will be fixed e.g. with a new version of the app... Until then, the system is unusable...

    Hi,

    I have been having this issue as well. I have Swedish iOS 13.1.3. 

    It works for me when I did the following:

    -Uninstall the app

    -Change to English language

    -Reinstall the Home Cam app

    After the above steps I have succeeded to use the app again on my iPhone 7 Plus without any problem. I have closed the application and open it several times (and I have rebooted the iPhone and it still works).

    I hope this can help some of you.

    I tried english language: boom - works perfectly! Even without restarting or reinstalling the app: close the app, change language, that’s it.
    After setting the language back to german, it still functions well!
    crazy thing...

    Dear all , I tried like Wey and Mike did: I changed the language, but I removed the app. Re-installed de app en yessssssss, it works. After that, I changed the language back to dutch, and one day later, it still works. Thank you for the help, Wey and Mike. You gave at least the solution, not like the people of Withings who don't care about the problems, as they have sold their products. I know one thing for sure: never, never again a product of Withings! And I'll tell it certainly further. What a shame, what a lack on everything a producer should care about! Our problems don't touch them. What do you all think about that?
