I'm wondering if anyone has had luck contacting customer service? My mom purchased a Move watch four months ago and it has already died. I submitted a request through the online portal, received an automatic response that someone would get back to me in 24 hours and its been over a week with no response. I've replied a few times asking for a follow up but still nothing. Is there a better way to get someone's response?

Hmm. Not a good sign for support of the Move ECG then. Have you tried deleting and re installing the App? Check that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone, and that the phone is 'discoverable'. That might help. Also, is the Move ECG operating normally, or could the battery be another early failure? Any watch repairer can change the battery for you, or you can do it yourself if you buy a suitable press for pushing the back on again.

Have you tried replacing the battery even if your mother just used it for 4 months? Try this link https://within.gs/help I got that from a friend when I was trying to contact them. I hope it helps.
