    I had a response the next day but they wont replace a faulty product which was rarely used over 30 days which developed scratches when I had been more or less housebound for that time.

    My Health mate cannot find my Move ECG, I have given up on a response from customer service- useless.

    Hmm.  Not a good sign for support of the Move ECG then.  Have you tried deleting and re installing the App?  Check that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone, and that the phone is 'discoverable'.  That might help.  Also, is the Move ECG operating normally, or could the battery be another early failure?  Any watch repairer can change the battery for you, or you can do it yourself if you buy a suitable press for pushing the back on again.

    The watch has only been used for a month and ast 2 weeks, no connection. Re-installed watch via Bluetooth and app., again and again. Even tested via wife's phone. No solution. Even reset everything inc.the watch and new sign in. App won't pick up the watch....

    Have you tried replacing the battery even if your mother just used it for 4 months? Try this link https://within.gs/help I got that from a friend when I was trying to contact them. I hope it helps.

    I accidentally ordered two watches.  I have asked for a return label THREE TIMES and have gotten NO RESPONSE!  Major disappointment!

    Well I see I’m not the only one having trouble with customer service. What’s wrong with these people ??? Great products . Worst customer service ever!!
