Amazon is shipping Nokia Body Cardio instead of Withings. My understanding is that the hardware is identical and Withings says that they will fully support it. However, the Withings app does not recognize it.
Is there a way to get the Withings app to recognize it? Will it be able to get firmware updates? Will PWV work on it?

I have two of the Body Cardio scale and both of them has Nokia and Withings trademark on them. They actually said that both are the same. You may try their guide on this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/219914588-I-m-having-issues-installing-my-Body-Cardio-What-should-I-do-.

The first two Nokia scales we received from Amazon wouldn't connect at all. Withings app wouldn't recognize either no matter what I did. The third Nokia one (that actually came while I was on the phone w/ Withings support) connected the first try. Went back to try the other two and no luck.
