    I'm having the exact same problem this week! I'll weigh myself on my Nokia scales and then get zero readings back to my healthmate app. I've tried washing my watch (like customer service told me to once), recharging the watch battery, restarting my phone a million times and now I'm charging the battery on my scales. Something has to work after all that. I'll make a complaint today anyway.

    Has yours started working again?

    I have the same problem with my scale.

    It is synced with the webapp though, the android app doens't seem to be picking that up.
