I've also noticed differences between what the scale and my watches report. The scale reports bpm which is around 10-20 bpm higher.

Yeah, I've had as much as 50 bpm difference between my Apple Watch and Body Cardio. The Body Cardio heart rate is clearly a grossly inaccurate measurement which calls in to question all of their measurements.

IOW, Withings products are exceptionally unreliable.

And that there is no response on here from Withings shows their lack of concern for their customers.

Just to add a data point. This morning my watch was showing upper 80's, scale showed 130.

Upvote. My girlfriend and I have both a HR above 100 each morning. While other HR measurement devices measure between 60 and 80.. It seems broken.

Note: It is a brand new scale (circa 1 month old), it was doing this from the beginning..

Try cleaning the surface of the scale using a cloth with a little amount of water. Make sure also that you are standing still on the scale and wait until the measurement appear on the scale.

If after doing the steps and your heart rate is still too high, I suggest you contact them directly athttps://within.gs/help so they can assist you.
