    Withings released an update to their App today that seems to have started syncing to the Health App natively (without opening the app). I’ll need to keep doing some testing to confirm.

    This issue seems to be resolved already. I tried to log in and and used this link https://ifttt.com/withings. and the IFTTT runs smoothly again.
