battery life

    Same here. I got my Move watch on 11 July 2019 and noticed yesterday, 26 Sep 2019 it wasn't vibrating anymore. When I synced it today - 2.5 months after receiving the watch - it said it had low battery and going into battery saving mode. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I've been subject to false advertisement - it's completely unacceptable, especially as the watches come in the box with a battery saving tag so that the battery doesn't work until it's removed.

    If you've use the watch for less than a year, I suggest you contact their customer support team at so they can check on your device.

    Hi Sir/Madam
    I bought this watch in March for the reviews on good battery life and I had a message through health mate app that batery needs changing on the coral pink watch, this is the order number CB262420754FR
