I own a Body + that suddenly stopped syncing. Nothing in my wifi network changed, I tried with new batteries without improvement. I can see the scale on the app, if I do "locate the scale » on the app, it works, however, when the scale try to sync, I have the symbol for the error connection. I tried to update the wifi setup, but when I do, I have an "HTTP error" message from the app.
I tried to put the scale at one meter from my router, still no syncing and still having an http error. My router is a Synology RT2600, so I tried to open all the port related to the IP address of the scale, still with no improvement. Withings support has not really been useful so far, I'd like to know if anyone had the same issue and how to troubleshoot it ?
