Did a Factory Reset on the devices and it seems to work now. Just wanted to let people know in case anyone else was having the same issues.

    - In Health Mate toggled the notifications on/off

    - in iPhone settings check notifications (all enable)

    - Uninstalled/Re-installed Health Mate App on my phone

    - Re-paired my phone with my Steel HR

    - factory reset (2 times)

    Still NOT working

Did multiple "disassociate this product", "Forget this device", factory reset cycles.      I can pair and discover the device... but notifications do NOT work since upgrading to IOS 13.1.2 today.   Please fix this

Update:  I am not receiving any  *iMessage * notifications.   Notifications from other apps (Facebook Messenger so far) are being forwarded properly.   I'll check/document other apps as notifications hit my phone tonight.

FIX:   Under  IOS    Settings -> Notifications  ->  Messages      you must set  Show Previews to "Always (Default)"

This is apparently now required as a result of some change made in IOS 13.x by Apple.   Not  sure if its intentional or a mistake... and I hope they remove this requirement.    It is a security requirement for me NOT to display messages on my lock screen.

Have this set to Never... it all worked great until I updated from 12.4.1  to  13.1.2  last week.

Steel HR time stopped at 10.55 just after !.13.1 Iphone update. Dead - Healthmate shows 46% battery. Charger nor button on watch bring any response so can't toggle or factory reset. Won't sync. Have "forgot the device" and now can't find device via blue tooth. BT working fine with Airpods and other non Apple speakers. Help please. Matt

    Hi,

had the same problem....but the solution in iOS 13 is hidden in settings - notifications - messages - show previews - you have to switch it from Never to When Unlocked (or Always). Gosh I did everything possible and the problem has been in this f....section.

I have had exactly the same problem since switching to IOS 13.
Withinfs ext customer service unable to do anything except ask us to wait. Is it really serious?
The description of the Steel Hr watch is therefore misleading because it is not 100% compatible with the IOS 13 versions !!!
